1The service

1.1Tovesh (tovesh.com) is an online AI generation platform. You write a prompt, optionally add a reference image, choose a model, and third-party AI models produce video clips, vertical reels, product shots, ads, avatars, images and scenes from it.

1.2These terms apply whenever you open an account, buy credits or generate anything on Tovesh. The company that operates the service is named, with its registered details, in the footer of every page.

2Credits

2.1Generations on Tovesh are paid for with prepaid credits. Every generation shows its cost in credits before you start it, and the price shown at that moment is the price you pay.

2.2Credits never expire. They are not money, carry no interest and cannot be transferred to another account or exchanged for cash, except through a refund under the Refunds Policy.

2.3If a generation fails, the credits it used are returned to your balance automatically.

3What an output is

3.1Every output is AI-generated. It can contain errors in anatomy, text, physics, proportions, products or places, and it is not a photograph or recording of a real event, person, product or property.

3.2If you publish outputs — in ads, product listings, social posts or property marketing — you are responsible for making sure they do not mislead, and for labelling them as AI-generated or illustrative wherever platform rules, advertising standards or local law require it.

4Your material

4.1You may only upload images that you made yourself or have the right to use, and only of people, products and places you are entitled to show. Do not upload someone's face to create an avatar of them without their consent.

4.2Outputs belong to you to the extent the underlying model providers' terms allow. How you publish or use them is your responsibility.

5Conduct

5.1The Acceptable Use Policy is part of these terms. We may refuse a generation or suspend an account that breaches it.

6Availability and prices

6.1Tovesh depends on external model providers and is supplied as is, on a reasonable-effort basis without an uptime guarantee. Per-model rates may change over time; a change never affects a generation that has already been priced and started.
