Acceptable Use Policy

1The principle

1.1Tovesh exists to help people make video, reels, product visuals, avatars, images and scenes. Use it honestly, and with respect for other people, their likeness and their work.

2Never allowed

2.1Anything illegal where it is made or shared.

2.2Any sexual content involving minors, and intimate or sexual imagery of real people.

2.3Deepfakes or impersonation of real people without their consent, including avatars or talking characters made from someone else's photograph; harassment, threats, hate, and content that incites violence.

2.4Fraud, scams, malware and spam.

3Ads, products and listings

3.1Do not use outputs to make false claims about a product, its results or its origin, to invent endorsements or testimonials from real people, or to present AI visuals as unedited photographs where that would mislead a buyer.

3.2Label AI-generated ads, product shots and virtually staged property images wherever platform rules, advertising standards or local law require it.

3.3Do not create content intended to pass as official documents, news footage of real events, or certified records.

4Other people's work

4.1Upload only images you made or are licensed to use. Do not reproduce another creator's copyrighted characters, artwork or footage, or another brand's logos and trademarks, without permission, and respect the usage policies of the underlying model providers.

5Enforcement

5.1We may refuse a generation, remove content, suspend or close an account that breaches this policy and, where the law requires, report illegal material to the authorities. Credits spent on content removed under this policy are not refunded.
