Payment Policy

1Accepted methods

1.1Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

2One-time payments only

2.1Every payment on Tovesh is a single, one-time charge for a credit pack or a custom amount of credits. There are no recurring charges, no trials and no automatic renewals. Nothing is charged later without you starting a new purchase.

3Prices

3.1The price of every pack and of any custom amount is shown in full before you confirm, in the currency you choose on the billing page. That amount is charged once and is the whole of what you pay to Tovesh.

3.2Your bank may apply its own currency-conversion or foreign-transaction fees; those are set by your bank, not by us.

4How your card is handled

4.1Payments are taken on a secure hosted payment page run by a PCI DSS-compliant payment processor. Your card details never pass through or rest on Tovesh's servers.

4.2A billing address is collected once, on your first card payment, as the processor requires.

5After you pay

5.1Credits are added to your balance as soon as the payment is confirmed, and you receive an email confirming the amount and your new balance. Each purchase appears in your history on the billing page, and a receipt is available from your account.

6On your statement

6.1The charge appears under the Tovesh name. The company on whose behalf payments are processed is shown on the billing page, beside the payment button, and in the footer.

7Questions and disputes

7.1If anything about a charge is unclear, write to [email protected] before contacting your bank. We reply within one business day. Refunds follow the Refunds Policy.
