1Who is responsible
1.1The company that operates Tovesh at tovesh.com, named with its registered details in the footer of every page, is responsible for the personal data described here. Questions go to [email protected].
2What we hold
2.1Your account: email address, account name and a hashed password.
2.2Your money: credit balance, top-ups, refunds and the history of what each generation cost. Card details are taken by our payment processor on its own hosted page; we never receive or store your card number.
2.3Your work: the prompts you write, the reference images you upload, and the videos and images produced from them.
3Why we hold it
3.1To run your account and balance, to deliver each generation to your library, and to write to you about your account, payments and password.
3.2To keep the service secure and to meet our legal and accounting obligations.
4Who else sees it
4.1Your prompt, and any reference image you attach, is sent to the third-party model provider you select for that generation — that is the only way it can be made. Providers receive what is needed for the job and nothing more.
4.2Payment processing is handled by a PCI DSS-compliant processor.
4.3We never sell your data. Your prompts, uploads and outputs are never used to train AI models.
5Uploads that show people
5.1Reference images for avatars, headshots and talking characters show faces, and product or location photos can include people, number plates or private homes. Upload only what you are entitled to share, with the consent of anyone shown, and crop out anything that is not needed.
6Cookies
6.1One session cookie keeps you signed in. There are no analytics, advertising or third-party cookies. See the Cookies Policy.
7Keeping and deleting
7.1We keep your data while your account is open. Email [email protected] from your account address and we will delete the account, its library and its uploads, keeping only the payment records the law requires us to retain.
7.2You may also ask us for a copy of your data, or to correct it, at the same address.
